Refunds and Returns Policy

  1. GENERAL. Status Concept Return Policy is subject to the Terms of Use.
  2. RETURNS. Our return policy is fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the items, if the items are not defective. If fourteen (14) days have passed since your receipt of the items, you will not qualify for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your items, you may request a return by contacting your sales consultant. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a like new condition. Please note that when you receive your items, you will have to sign the delivery note which confirms that all the items were in good condition and without defects.
  3. REFUNDS. In order to be eligible for a refund you must first adhere to the policies set forth in the Return section of this Policy. Once your return is received and or collected by us, it will be inspected and you will be notified of its condition and of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed with the deduction of handling fees and bank charges. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days of approval.
  4. EXCHANGES. Please note that when you receive your items, you will have to sign the delivery note which confirms that all the items were in good condition and without defects.

We only exchange items if they are defective and/or damaged, through no fault of the User. If you need to exchange your item for a new one, contact your sales consultant.
