We have a skilled team who are able to take on all cleaning requirements to a high standard, using the best suitable cleaning products that ensures we achieve the best results.

Our team will clean and care your outdoor furniture for the upcoming winter or just at your convenience, protecting your investment and assuring the longevity of your outdoor furniture.

With regular care and maintenance, your outdoor furniture will provide years of superior performance and satisfaction.

This service includes complete cleaning of rattan, glass, fabrics and structure with final special treatment. Also, we will take care of all small repairs required, such as loose fibres, rubbers,
feet, etc…

Many of our clients are already benefiting from this service. If your outdoor furniture need of some cleaning and care then ask us for a FREE QUOTATION
(up to 20km radius of our showroom), we will meet you personally.

*At the moment, this service is only available in Algarve, Portugal.


  • Within the showroom delivery area** up to 50km, we can deliver same week if the products are in stock.

  • Outside of the showroom delivery area (Algarve region) we can ship same week, delivery will depend on location and transport company (ask us for accurate timings).

  • Shipping abroad it is possible, delivery will depend on location (ask us for accurate timings). If you have contacted any of our offices outside Portugal, please provide them with your zip code where your products will be shipped to. Shipping and deliveries will depend on stock available in different countries.


Delivery and Shipping charges
We offer free delivery and assemble on orders above 1.000€ with delivery address included in the showroom delivery area**, in other cases delivery charges will be applied.
The delivery charge is not included in the price of the products, the following charges will apply:

  • Within the showroom delivery area** including assembling

  • Outside of the showroom delivery area (Algarve region) including assembling

  • Across the nation and abroad charges must be calculated based on volume and delivery address. It will be shipped and delivered via an external carrier. No assemble will be done and payment must be done in advance.

Shipping details via an external carrier

  • When your order is sent, we will notify you via email.

  • Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.

  • You will be contact by the carrier to schedule delivery time.

  • Standard delivery includes door to door service. It does not include, assembling, specific placement or removal of the packaging

  • Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the package(s) appears to be damaged, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery check in.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, Status Concept will provide needed parts or replace the full products when necessary, covering all outgoing and return shipping costs.

  • Your furniture will always be shipped with extra insurance cover.

  • All products are shipped from Portugal. Transit times can vary from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

** Showroom delivery area: Almancil (Golden Triangle)/Loulé. Please inquire for the address included in your showroom delivery area.


We offer personalized seamstress service, custom tailored, unique design and quality workmanship, whether you need a tailor-made cover for your outdoor furniture, new cushions, parasol / awning fabrics replacement or renew what is already at your home.

  • Custom tailored outdoor covers.

  • Custom tailored cushion covers.

  • Custom tailored decorative cushions.

  •  Custom tailored sun lounge mattress.

  • Parasol fabric replacement or restore.

  • Upholstering.

  • Sails and awnings.

  • General seamstress services.

For each service, it’s important to choose appropriate fabrics. We use top fabrics developed for outdoor use and have a wide choice of collections that you may choose from, such as Sunbrella ®, Serge Ferrari ®, Silvertex ®.

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, from the original purchase, under normal conditions of use, purchaser shall notify Status Concept .Upon confirmation of the defect by an authorized company representative, the company’s sole responsibility shall be, at its discretion, to either repair or replace the defective item. Check product warranty limit.

Warranty Process
To make a claim under the warranty for the repair or replacement of the Status Concept product, the Purchaser must contact the company, within the warranty period specified above and provide us:

  • Description of the claimed defect and photo.
  • Proof of purchase (showing the date of purchase and including the product(s) mentioned in the warranty claim)

Covered by warranty:

  • Damages caused by packaging and assembly of the product by our staff.
  • Error in product dimensions.
  • Inconsistency of the product.
  • Missing parts (feet, rubber pieces, suction cups, supports)

The claim of the points outlined above, will only be accepted immediately after the purchaser receives the product.

Warranty Limitations
StatusConcept will not be liable for incidental, special, consequential or other similar damages arising out of any breach of this warranty.
The Company does not warrant against and is not responsible for any condition attributable to:

  • Improper assembly of Status Concept and/or failure to abide by the company’s assembly guidelines, when it is not our company staff that transports and assembles;
  • Use of Status Concept products beyond its intended original use – including modifications of any type to the product;
  • Improper handling, storage, abuse or neglect of Status Concept product by purchaser or third parties.
  • Problems caused by the use of chemicals, corrosive or abrasive products in cleaning.
  • Attempted repair by persons not authorized by Status Concept.
  • Natural catastrophes (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightening, etc.), environmental condition (such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mold, mildew etc.), staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oils, limestone, etc) or any kind of burns caused by fire or any flame source.

The renovation of products that are out of warranty will be on the purchaser, shipping cost and repair parts, through quotation presented by Status Concept.

In the event of a dispute the consumer, may call upon the consumer dispute resolution support, named Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos do Algarve, website and headquarters in Ninho de Empresas, Edif. ANJE, Estrada da Penha, 3º Andar, sala 26, 8000 Faro, Portugal.
